Thursday, October 18th, 2007You chop it into chunks…..bake it…..puree it….and make pumpkin bread and muffins, of course. We only had the patience to use less than half of our pumpkin. Had we used our whole pumpkin, we could have made nine loaves of pumpkin bread. Um, yeah…..we’re just not that into it.
